Launched in 2010, Suviche is the perfect combination of Japonese and Peruvian cuisines, with four locations in Miami including Wynwood, Brickell, Miami Beach and most recently Las Olas, the restaurant offers a variety of flavorful sushi rolls, ceviche and Peruvian specialties. Two locations, Wynwood and Las Olas, also have a Pisco Bar. Why the name is Suviche? “Su” denotes the sushi portion of the menu, and “Viche” is because it has a lot of kinds of ceviche in the menu. We went o the Wynwood location, the patio was so cozy with swing sets, couches and a big Wynwood type mural, a very inviting decoration.
We were there for lunch and we end up choosing to orderd dishes to share, we got the Naural Ceviche, white fish Traditos, Nectar Roll and Tropical Roll, everything was so delicious and fresh! For dessert, we ordered the classic Peruvian Suspiro Limeno, a kind of dulce de leche-meets-custard combination topped with meringue and sprinkled with cinnamon.
We loved everything about Suviche, the decor was so cool and the food was delicious! I wish we have one in Atlanta! But for sure is a great excuse to go back to Miami!
