Dinner at Atlas Restaurant

Located in the heart of Buckhead, inside the St. Regis Hotel, is the Atlas Restaurant, a mix of American cuisine combined with European influences, where it brings a fresh, innovative approach to traditional dishes. The chef, Christopher Grossman has crafted a daily-changing menu that is driven by partnerships with some local farms.

The decor is so beautiful with an amazing art collection, the service is outstanding, but the real winner is the food! To start, they offered you some delicious little breads with butter (tip: try one of each, you will not regret!) and for starters, we also got the Yellow Squash Soup ($16) and the Crispy Gulf Oysters ($17), it was so good! For main course, the hole table ordered the same dish, the Pan-Seared Rabbit Loin ($39) that went great with the red wine, it was an explosion of flavors and I definitely recommend this dish! But a dinner is not complete without a dessert, so the chosen one to finish this delicious dinner was the Ginger Cheesecake, that was an amazing surprise!

A decoração do restaurante é linda com uma coleção de arte incrível, o serviço e o atendimento são excepcionais, mas o vencedor com certeza é a comida! Para começar, são oferecidos pãezinhos variados com manteiga (dica: experimente pãozinho um de cada, você não vai se arrepender!) e para entrada pedimos a sopa de abóbora ($16) e as ostras fritas ($17), estava muito bom! Para prato principal, a mesa toda estava com o mesmo paladar e todos escolhemos o coelho ($39) que ficou incrível com o vinho tinto que pedimos, o prato tem uma explosão de sabores e com certeza recomendo! Mas um jantar não é completo sem uma sobremesa, então o escolhido para finalizar esse jantar maravilhoso foi o cheesecake de gengibre, que foi uma surpresa deliciosa!
