November 1st – November 3rd – Atlanta Christmas Gift Show
The inaugural Atlanta Christmas Gift Show promises 200 exhibitors selling “Christmas gift items, decor, crafts, and more” at Atlanta Expo Center North. Children age 18 and younger are free.
November 1st – November 3rd – Anime Weekend Atlanta
Anime Weekend Atlanta has panels and workshops, games and videos, costume play, a dealer’s room, an art show, a formal dinner & ball (Friday), and a rave dance (Saturday) at Cobb Galleria Centre.
November 1st – November 3rd – HemlockFest
Enjoy music, arts & crafts, camping, and canoeing at the eco-friendly HemlockFest near Dahlonega.
November 2nd – Chomp & Stomp
Chomp & Stomp has a chili cook-off (tasting at 12:30 p.m.), food vendors, old-time music, an artists market, and a 5K run in Cabbagetown. No dogs.
November 2nd – Paws For Cocktails
A $50 ticket to Paws For Cocktails gets you an open bar, “heavy hors d’oeuvres,” live music, and a silent auction at Anderby Brewing in Peachtree Corners.
November 2nd – Dia de los Muertos Festival and Parade
Dia de los Muertos Festival and Parade has live music, dancing, a parade, Mexican food, margaritas, and tequila tasting on the grounds of Roswell City Hall. A lantern parade on Canton Street begins at dusk. Free.
November 2nd – Taste of Kennesaw
Buy restaurant samples, visit a beer garden or kids’ zone, and hear the bands at Taste of Kennesaw. Free entrance.
November 2nd – November 3rd – Taste & Brews Country Fest
Taste & Brews Country Fest features tastes of Southern foods and beverages, live music from Georgia and Nashville, arts & crafts, pony rides, and a kids’ zone at Etowah River Park in Canton. Free admission.
November 2nd – November 18th – Book Festival of the MJCCA
Billed as the South’s premier literary event, Book Festival of the MJCCA includes author book readings, signings, panel discussions, family events, and book sales in Dunwoody.
November 3rd – November 9th – Sandy Springs Restaurant Week
Two dozen restaurants offer lunch and dinner specials during Sandy Springs Restaurant Week.
November 6th – January 5 – Cirque du Soleil
Volta is the latest show performed by the amazing acrobats, aerialists, cyclists, comedians, dancers, and gymnasts of Cirque du Soleil in a heated tent at Atlantic Station.
November 7th – Science on Tap
Science on Tap begins with a reception at 6 p.m. that includes light hors d’oeuvres, beer, and wine, followed by a science presentation at 7 p.m., and ending with a question and answer session at Georgia Aquarium for age 21+.
November 7th – November 10th – Native American Festival and Pow Wow
Native American Festival and Pow Wow showcases dancing, drumming, bow making, open-fire cooking, storytelling, and artistry at Stone Mountain Park. No pets.
November 8th – Wizard Pub Crawl
Wizard Pub Crawl includes five bars in Virginia Highlands with food and drink specials plus a costume contest starting at Diesel Filling Station for age 21+.
November 8th – November 9th – IrishFest Atlanta
IrishFest Atlanta has traditional evening concerts both days. Saturday includes an afternoon tea, traditional Irish music and dance, workshops, and a whiskey tasting in Roswell.
November 9th – Decatur Wine Festival
Taste 500 wines, buy restaurant food, and hear music during Decatur Wine Festival at 101 E. Court Square for age 21+.
November 9th – Grandiose Grape Wine Festival
Taste 100 wines from 40 wineries at Grandiose Grape Wine Festival, with food pairings and live music outdoors at The Mill Kitchen and Bar in Roswell.
November 9th – Atlanta Veg Fest
Atlanta Veg Fest offers speakers and vegan vendors in The Forum at Infinite Energy Center. Donation.
November 9th – November 10th – The Ultimate Sugar Show

November 10th – King of Pops Field Day
King of Pops Field Day features live bands, food trucks, games, races, face painting, a popsicle eating contest, and free popsicles outdoors at 552 Decatur Street SE.
November 11th – Free Entrance Days in the National Parks
Entry is free at Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area during Free Entrance Days in the National Parks.
November 15th – November 17th – Dreamhack
“Explore worlds of esports, art, music, cosplay, tabletop, arcade, indies, panels, LAN, PC, console, mobile, virtual reality, screenings, expo hall and more” during Dreamhack at Georgia World Congress Center.
November 15th – November 17th – Conjuration
Conjuration promises interactive programming for all ages who love Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Narnia at Hilton Atlanta Airport, with adventure games, live animals, magical workshops, live wizard chess, live music, panel discussions, and a fashion show/craftsman contest.
November 15th – December 24th – Nutcracker Ballet
The Nutcracker tells the story of a young girl’s Christmas dream and includes music by Tchaikovsky.

November 22nd – February 23rd – License to Chill Snow Island
Play in the snow, ice skate, go snow tubing, take carnival rides, join a scavenger hunt, and visit the fire pits during License to Chill Snow Island at Lanier Islands.
