Happy Taco Tuesday! But let’s be honest, there’s never a wrong day to eat tacos, and Atlanta has plenty of options in which to enjoy these meat or vegetable-filled tortilla deliciousness. Here are my favorite taco spots around Atlanta, check it out!

1. Tuza Tacos
Mexico City street food comes to West Midtwon in Atlanta at Tuza Taco. Step in to the lively atmosphere at Tuza and order a delicious, hand crafted margarita. Then, get ready to dig in to incredible tacos with carnitas, shrimp, beef and other delicious options – all on a freshly made tortilla. Make sure you get the their amazing guacamole too the next time you stop in.
A comida de rua da Cidade do México chega a West Midtown em Atlanta no Tuza Taco. Entre na atmosfera animada de Tuza e peça uma deliciosa margarita. Em seguida, prepare-se para saborear tacos incríveis com carnitas, camarão, carne e outras opções deliciosas – tudo em uma tortilla feita na hora. Da próxima vez em que vocês forem lá, não se esqueçam de pedir o guacamole também, que é uma delicia!
2. Tacos La Villa
Tacos La Villa sets humbly in a little shopping center along the outskirts of the city, in Smyrna. Inside is simple, prices are phenomenal, and of course, the food is super authentic and delicious. Tacos are street style, if you’re a fan of Michoacán-style pork carnitas, slow-braised in lard and roasted till both tender and crisp, then this spot is for you. The tacos are so good and they also have a salsa bar where you can find roast chiles, radishes, herbs and other regional Mexican toppings.
O Tacos La Villa fica em um pequeno shopping de rua nos arredores da cidade, em Smyrna. No interior é simples, os preços são fenomenais e, claro, a comida é mega autêntica e deliciosa. Os tacos são incríveis e se você é fã de carnitas de porco ao estilo de Michoacán, refogadas em banha de porco e assadas até ficar macias e crocantes, então este lugar é para você. Os tacos são muito gostosos e eles também tem um salsa bar, com chiles assados, rabanetes, ervas e outros acompanhamentos regionais do México.
3. Bartaco
Bartaco has a fresh spin on modern cuisine, with some interesting eats and craft cocktails alongside the extensive taco section on the menu. There’s plenty of outdoor seating for al fresco dining and amazing taco options, including fish, pork belly, duck, chorizo and also some vegetarian options like falafel and portobello mushroom.
O Bartaco dá um toque fresco à culinária moderna, com alguns pratos interessantes e coquetéis artesanais, além da extensa seção de taco no menu. Há lugares para se sentar ao ar livre e deliciosas opções de taco, incluindo peixe, barriga de porco, pato, chouriço e também algumas opções vegetarianas, como falafel e cogumelo portobello.
4. Rreal Tacos
Former fine-dining chef Adrian Villarreal jumped into the crowded casual-fare arena with this fresh taqueria that pays homage to his Mexican roots. The tacos hit all the right notes, with impeccable ingredients (grilled fish, carnitas, beef barbacoa, al pastor seasoned with pineapple-smoked chiles) stuffed into three different kinds of tortillas. You also can’t go wrong with the thoughtful sides like vegan guajillo bean soup and the crispy avocados (sooo good)!
O ex-chef de fine-dining Adrian Villarreal veio para os restaurantes casuais com esta taqueria maravilhosa que presta homenagem às suas raízes mexicanas. As tacos são deliciosos, com ingredientes impecáveis (como peixe grelhado, carnitas, barbacoa de carne e el pastor) recheados em três tipos diferentes de tortillas. Você também não pode deixar de pedir os acompanhamentos, como a vegan guajillo bean soup e o crispy avocados (uma delicia)!
